Notes
- Only USB-C1 or USB-C2 ports offer a continuous 140W of power during fast charging.
- When USB-C1 and USB-C2 are used simultaneously, each provides 70W of power.
- For charging speeds above 100W, an E-Marker compatible cable is required.
- Due to Dell's proprietary charging protocol, the Dell XPS 15 (9500/9510), Dell Alienware X14, and Dell Mobile Precision Workstation 5570 models may not charge at full speed.
- You can preserve the maximum output power of active ports by disconnecting unused cables.
- When using a different brand of charger with a MacBook, it's normal to see the plug icon briefly. Charging usually returns to normal in about a minute.
